James P. Rose Construction built my home this past year.
He built the house on a “cost plus” basis. His total estimate of the project came within 2{14d21d89be1f929c28883903c9c2eb50263dc1c495e88aedd4757111ddfc3d79} of the projected price, Jim’s thoroughness and attention to detail was a large part of the reason.
Jim builds a great house and works very well with the subcontractors. Above all, Jim’s integrity and honesty was very refreshing and made building the home a lot of fun.
If I build another home on Marco Island, Jim rose will be my contractor.
